They tasted fine, and I'll do this again, soon. Easing factory tortured
chicken's stressed souls by honoring their value is a good thing.
I should have included a ramekin of Ranch or Franks to jazz the photo
up a little. Next time!

A suggestion, even though you didn't ask for it. Brush them with melted butter towards the end of cooking for better browning/crisping. At least they tasted fine!
