The problems would start with the fact that you'd only have 4 GB
memory.
I'm thinking about buying a cheap Windows 11 notebook, just to see the
current state of Windows computing. I'm just that kind of guy. It's
going to have between 8 to 16GB of RAM. Of course, it's going to be some
generic no-name machine out of Taiwan or thereabouts.
