I can fry bacon so that it's flat and crispy - no bacon press

It only takes about a minute to fry up. Well okay.

Looks good to me! You did it again David! =)
The bacon is dredged in flour and then fried in a good amount of oil. My
wife got the idea from a patient at the psych hospital where she works.
Those guys are crazy but some of them can cook!
The bacon fries up very fast and it has a pleasant crispiness to it.
There is a slight problem where the fat doesn't render out of the bacon.
You get a wonderfully succulent piece of bacon but it's high in fat
i.e., you'd better be able to handle the fat or you can just forget
about eating bacon this way.
Yesterday, I visited my uncle in the hospital. He was having some
trouble with his hearing aids. I worked on it in his room and got him to
hear again. It's quite a gratifying thing to be able to do that. My
auntie gave me some musubi. One of them was a Goteborg sausage musubi.
It was quite tasty. The Goteborg sausage is a hard sausage with a
distinct lactic acid taste. I could go for another. On the way out of
the hospital, there was a basket with guava. The sign said to take one
so I did. Yesterday was a very good day.
