Hot peppers in honey sauce 🌶
Ingredients:
▫️Hot pepper - to taste (for example, chili or jalapeno)
▫️Honey
▫️Apple or wine vinegar - in equal proportions to honey.
Preparation:
▫️Cut the peppers into rings about 8 mm thick, without
removing the seeds. Fill clean glass jars with the chopped peppers.
▫️Mix honey and apple (or wine) vinegar in a 1:1 ratio,
mix thoroughly until smooth.
▫️Pour the prepared honey-vinegar mixture over the
peppers so that they are completely covered.
▫️Close the jars with lids and put them in the
refrigerator for at least 2 weeks so that the peppers are well
marinated and soaked in the flavors.
