I'm still not sure what it will be here, but I did make a
considerable sized bowl of Waldorf Salad. After it chills
a bit, it will be very good. The bowl will be shared with
a neighbor as I told her yesterday evening I'd be making
this. I will give her a bowl large enough for tonight and
enough for her work lunch Tuesday.

The original version/recipe of this salad calls for grapes,
but I didn't have any. However, I do have a couple boxes
of raisins and they always work quite well for this dish.
That generous cup of raisins went into a mixing bowl of
HOT water to plump while the apples were cored and celery
chopped.

Greg, I used some of that celery I bought several weeks
ago for this dish. Extremely crispy and very green.
