Mandarin Tiramisu
You will need for the cream
Mascarpone 500 gr (2 jars of 250)
Condensed milk 50 g (can be omitted)
Cream 33% 250 ml
Powdered sugar 100-150 g (sweetness to taste)
For decoration: tangerines and rosemary
Use ready-made cookies - they are quick and no less tasty!
For the tangerine syrup, take 6-8 tangerines (about 400 g without
peel) and 100 g of sugar - bring together to a boil, the sugar should
dissolve, remove from heat.
I wouldn't wait for the syrup to cool down, the hot liquid will soak
the cookies better and won't affect the cream. Assemble it like a
classic tiramisu, you CAN sprinkle cocoa on top, the chocolate flavor
will be just right!
It takes 20 minutes to prepare - a worthy dessert for a festive
table!
