Yes, this is true. It happens very easily, but thanks to this group, IOh well, if you include recipes, then it's easy! The last time I tried>
something new was the barley stew I posted here a week or so ago! =)
There you are! To me it's about 'not being in a rut' I guess?
I was planning Mullagatawny (chicken, boneless thigh version) but Don'sYes, given that electricity prices is badly mismanaged europe, I imagine
set on experimenting with some pork country ribs seasonings. My dish
will hold until tomorrow.

>>dehydrator? I have a 40 year or so old 'ronco' with the 7 drying>
trays. This may sound odd but we like to cut pot roast (marbling
and all) and marinade it then dry or at least partly dry it (we
nibble it before done).
Can I do it in the oven? I dreamt about making my own beef jerky but
have not yet tried it. I fear that the oven will give a suboptimal
result.
It can be but costs a lot to run, be you gas or electric. You want the
temp to be about 100F and you crack the door. It takes on the order of
8 hours I think?

That's very close to mine. Lots of them in that price range. We got
ours before we got married and still running strong. Top shelf of the
dishwasher safe. Come to think of it, mine might be nesco (I don't
want to dig it out to check right now). That might pay for itself by
the second run when compared to gas/electric to do it in the oven.
Hmm, no shipping to me. I think I have to diligently search the asian>You could use Teriyaki seasoning, or a mix of your own.>

1/3 c soy sauce (avoid Aloha brand as it's a sweetened one which you

1/3 c Jufran Banana sauce (not sweet and made from bananas but
doesn't taste like the, Some other version banana I suspect.
Comes in mild, medium or hot. Chose as you prefer)

Others use dry rubs. Some use mustard blends.
I'd say teriyaki for the win! Thank you for the recipe. Soy sauce is
easy, as is Worchestershire, but Jufran banana sauce I have never
heard of. Might be tricky to get here.
Might be and it's one of the things that Amazon is expensive. I get it
at 3.49 a bottle, locally. The UPC brand is just fine if you see it
and the Filapeno version is probably good too.
