Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups stuffing mix
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter, melted (optional for extra flavor)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375�F (190�C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried
cranberries, chicken broth, and beaten egg.
Add the dried sage, thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix everything until
well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of each stuffing ball (if using)
for extra flavor and crispiness.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown
and cooked through.
Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
