Lodge is in South Pittsburg Tennessee since 1896. Griswold is made in Erie, PA.
Griswold has been gone for years, I believe. Old pieces sell for good money. I have one small Griswold skillet, but I can't part with it, it cooks so well.
I used to prefer Wagner, had a better finish. Wagner brand is coming back though.

I'm somewhat intrigued by the Smithey products, but I'm not ready to put out $200 for very little use.
I haven't heard of them before this thread. My other favorite skillet is a no-name from 1880 or before. It's a fair size, but nice and light. Perhaps the Smithey skillets are the same way. I dislike Lodge due to being so heavy and bulky.
