actually it's the top of the bag. Looking at this
picture I grabbed off the internet you can see the
top 'tail.' That's where I write the contents,
weight, and date I sealed it.

I have a sealer too and cut the bags long to be able to do that.
Then masking tape which comes off easier. To dry, just put the
baggie open over a coffee mug or something.
