Tips from my wife:
Grate frozen butter as discussed in a recent rfc thread.
She then mixes all together with her hands, no pastry blender or knives.
Roll them out into a rectangle and quarter them.
My wife uses a 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" pan for what it's worth.
Don't cook longer than fifteen minutes, regardless. They dry out.
My wife says they're easy. :)
From me:
This recipe probably scales up a bit. I actually recopied the recipe in
a text editor, but I'm afraid to post it due to my fear of copyright
infringement issues. It's exactly the same except for my wife's tips.
