Australia has lost it's moral compass
Bullshit

The Interior towns are basically/mainly "Little India's" for
relatively cheap labour.
More bullshit

The Urbanized main cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane) are growing
10,000 a month,
Houses are unrealistically jumping in price because of negative
gearing causing home rents to become extremely expensive, tenants need
to share (4 bedrooms have 4 tenants, no children 4 cars street parked)
More bullshit and nothing to do with negative gearing.
Given a housing 'crisis', fuck all places are running at a loss
except holiday houses, so they arent negatively geared/

*Basically if one has stable Job good income, you can borrow from a
Bank a loan, that combines the house price with all of the
"10 year" repayments, insurance, Council rates.
And if you are a landlord you don't need a
stable job, your job is being the landlord.

You only have to pay the *interest* which is tax deduct able.
Only true of landlords and that is unlikely to be more than
the rent you can charge, so it can't be negatively geared.

The rent you get minus costs you have to pay tax on!
Most Politicians if not all are in on the scam.
It isnt a scam, its just one type of investment with
real downsides, the tenant can trash the places.

To me "Our" Prime minister, Albanese (a secret communist)
is selling  off his negative geared property.
None of it would be negatively geared given the housing 'crisis'
And he is selling it off so he can pay off the mortgage
on his new mega mansion in the coast. It makes sense
to do that, he is essentially turning those property
investments into his new mega mansion in the cost.

So must be expecting price crash,
Nope, just realises that he has to pay for his new mega
mansion on the coast and that that is the only viable
way for him to do that, flog the rental propertys while
the market is booming due to the housing 'crisis'

interests rate rise (1n 1980's home loans were 18% from 3%)
We aren't going to see that again.

How the most affluent Australians
disproportionately benefit from negative gearing
Mindless ignorant journo bullshit from those florid leftys
<reams of even sillier more ignorant shit flushed where it belongs>
