I had a Hawaiian breakfast of champions. It's a roasted pork butt that's
been sliced and fried. Gravy all over. Roast pork is an iconic dish of
the old days. I wish I could get some roast pork like I had in the old
days. These days, it's chicken katsu that's the most popular dish to
order at restaurants.
