Last night we were down to 26°F (-3.33°C) 🥶 and I'd
made up my mind earlier in the week when I strip the

I'm due to put my Pendleton shirt quilt on the bed, soon. It's a three
minute job, so I've been putting it off.
Quilting used to be big in Hawaii but people that quilt, like my aunts,
are dying out. I can't say how the Hawaiians got into quilting. They
probably learned it from the missionary. Those guys didn't care for the
Hawaiian gods, or chanting, or dancing, or the lack of clothing, or the
Hawaiians having sex - so what else are you going to do? Quilting, of
course.
