Just curious why you add bleach when handwashing
dishes...
i don't use bleach when i'm washing the dishes but
Mom will sometimes squirt bleach in things she leaves
in the sink to be washed because she doesn't like the
smell and so she prefers to smell bleach.
i use bleach (cut with water) as a deoderant or to
kill off microbes.

I've said this before and I understand it's problematic but perhaps it's time you stopped letting your mother rule the roost.  Inhaling bleach fumes in dish water is not a good thing.
