And, as Bruce points out, CD/DVD is an obsolete medium.

 
   I recently took a bag of old DVD's to a charity shop ..
which refused them because they are obsolete and "nobody
uses them". I offered them to our cleaner and she said the
same.  I offloaded them on Freecycle.
 
   We do still have a player and use DVD's; I've just
ordered  DVD of Wolf Hall which we missed when it was
broadcast on TV 10 years ago.

There are movies released this century that never came out on DVD
because the studio didn't think there was a market for it.
