I never cared for it, but we made homemade guacamole the other day. I
liked it, but only because I loaded it up with cilantro. Unfortunately,
I seem to also have mild allergy to avocados. Just like bananas, they
make my throat and mouth itch. Bummer.

Guacamole only requires avocados, onion, salt, jalapenos, cilantro and lime juice.
