And you are WRONG that Americans like their pork well done. Once the
trichynosis issue was resolved in commercial pork, we largely changed
but it depends on the cut.
-Bacon, normally crispy but we actually don't go that far here. Pulled
pork due to the nature of it's type of cooking will be well done or you
can't 'pull' it.
How can you quote such HUGE tracts and not bother to read ANY of them
