I can't say I endured any pain, it was just the accompanying
chills and tired as if I'd been plowing with a mule all day.
Plus shuffling through the house like I couldn't pick up my
feet and sleeping 15 hours. Ten of those hours were in the
bed then I decided I'd had enough of that and went to the
couch to sleep another 5 hours.

Ah, so variable reactions. Ok. I can handle tired, just not right
now. Post NY's is fine.

Sorry, I should have read further down before my reply.
The injections are free and it's a 2-6 month wait between
first and second injections. So don't neglect the second
one if you opt for this vaccine.
This vaccine has a 96/97% success rate of preventing
shingles compared to the original vaccine of a few
years ago. That one had a 63% (if I remember correctly)
success rate of preventing them. It is not an injection
to prevent chicken pox though.
