It was a toss-up whether or not I'd cook some shredded hash browns on
the stove top in butter until nicely golden brown on one side, turn then
top it with the scrambled eggs, some shredded cheese and crumbled bacon
and cook until the other side of the hash browns were done. Crisp
outside, tender inside potatoes. I went with the more simple version.

I need to put a package of hashbrown patties on my shopping
list. Loose shredded hashbrowns are used when I make a
breakfast casserole. Both versions are convenient.
