Last summer my son was diagnosed with celiac disease. He has issues
that cleared up within days of giving up gluten. Then there are
people who are convinced that gluten is bad for you even if they
aren't gluten intolerant.
I have heard that gluten is inflammatory to pretty much everyone, even
if one doesn't quite feel anything bad. I eat lots of bread all over my
childhood, but I think it was affecting me back then as well, more so as
I grew older.
"I have heard" isn't evidence.
