Thanks.  I usually fry in peanut or corn oil.  I don't have any kind of
canola or "salad oil" in my kitchen.  I'm not opposed to sunflower oil,
but the price is enough to knock you over.  I'm usually happy with
peanut oil.

I don't think so.  And I think there's no bad cholesterol either.  The
last papers I read say that a mildly high cholesterol (of any kind)
gives you benefits.  For instance, there's a certain correlation between
high cholesterol (of the ``bad'' kind) and good brain health.
