They probably won't be like restaurants in Italy or China. No can do
nothing about that. My brother's sushi chef in Indiana is Mexican. He
said the sushi's fine in Indiana because Subaru imported sushi chefs
from Japan to keep the Subaru executives happy and train the locals the
way of sushi. Those Japanese chefs were probably glad to get back home
after being in Indiana.
