last papers I read say that a mildly high cholesterol (of any kind)
gives you benefits. For instance, there's a certain correlation
health.
The human body contains more than one type of cholesterol. One is
good, the other not so much.
Anyone can write an article about their beliefs about cholesterol.

That's quite right. I listen to my doctor and to the articles---my
doctor does read the articles too, after all, which also makes up good
conversation. Of course, how we choose a doctor and how we listen is
where it's at. Incompetence is ubiquitous these days.
