Not surprising considering where you live, Dave. In this part of South Carolina, it is not normal to get snow/ice ever, much less snow that sticks around for a few days. And today it was 80°F outside. I had to turn on the AC.
The salmon patties I made today were very tasty. I love the old recipe my mom used which calls for crushed corn chips and sour cream added to the mixture. Nostalgic!That sounds interesting. I just wonder about the corn chips and wonder if you could use tortilla chips instead. You might need a few herbs and spices to make up for the chemical additives.
