  um, no, i meant what i wrote...  draining and mincing most
of a quart of pickles will take me some time with a knife
and then adding the dried spices and letting them soak in
the lemon juice before mixing it all together will take some
minutes, plus then getting it put in the jar.  if i were in
a rush i could do it faster, but there's no reason to hurry
most days.  i wish i could slow down the eating of the meal
itself.
