McDonald's fries were much better when they fried in beef tallow.
I mainly use olive oil, butter, and bacon grease. Once in a great
while, peanut oil. My husband uses grapeseed oil for his THC capsules.
It takes him an eternity to go through a pint of it. Oh, yeah. He
uses Pam, which IIRC is soybean oil.

Either soy or Canola, but in such small amounts, it is harmless.
Grapeseed is one of the worst oils. It's worse than soybean. For some reason, it was trendy for a while. The high oleic sunflower oil at TJ's is both cheaper, and *far* more healthful than peanut, or even olive, though olive is still good, and it tastes good.

Tallow is good. A bit more healthful than lard because it's lower in linoleic acid.
