Today's American demands that fries be cooked in 100% vegetable oil.
Goose fat is gross. Personally, I'd rather fries be cooked in synthetic
oil made from pure carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Lovely, just lovely.
Tallow and lard are just oils that's trendy.
