Wait a minute.  Didn't *some* people get all upset eons ago because
McDonald's had been cooking their fries in beef tallow?  Those people claimed
it was unhealthful.  Then some McD's fans said the fries didn't taste nearly
as good after they switched to a vegetable oil for frying.  Darn, now I'm all
confused. ;)
