i sure hope for the next few elections they can find some
more moderate and coherent candidates with actual plans
other than just saying "we won't be like DJT".

 I'll never understand why a huge party as the American Democrats, with
plenty of marketing experts, sociologists, psychologists en political
scientists in their ranks, thought it was a good idea to present as
their candidate a woman (1) of colour (2) with a woke reputation (3).
That's asking wayyyyyyy too much of Americans. Any male, white,
average man would have beaten Trump.
 

If it was not for the debate, it could have been worse.  They got caught last minute when they realized Biden was done for.  They should have been looking and deciding many months earlier.
I do give Trump credit for his ability to gather followers that believe anything he tells them.  Some religious leaders have the same ability. Like Jim Baker, Joel Osteen and such.  People are easily duped and send them money.  I guess they just cannot think for themselves so they let others do it for them.
