Yes, and generally, megatron does the cooking, while officer Dave lazes about, due to his severe cardiac disease. He's a very sick, dying man.
And he milks that for all he can get out of it.  It always worked!]
Then, after megatron serves the food, Officer dave whines about it.
It's the same every day.
