No one I know goes to Waffle House for grits. How nice he made something his wife "tried a bite and liked it".
So, what did you add to these wonderous grits before hiding
them under what I'm assuming is pepper?
I can barely tell the piece of fish on the plate from the grits with all the seasoning he piled on. I also can't tell what that green thing on the plate is. It looks like it might be a roasted halved avocado. Maybe.
