Tilapia, breaded with Andy's Red and fried in good oil.  Cod, battered with masa batter and also fried.  Halved lemon and key limes to squeeze on.  Poblanos, chopped and sauteed, topped with homemade cheese sauce.

Our son, who lives next door is ill, so I made him fish, but also rotini with cheese sauce (mac&cheese), also using the sodium citrate.
