turns out pulled crockpot chicken is sorta' edible. she didn't
say what exactly she was making, just said crockpot chicken. used
four whole boneless breasts, a can of cream of chicken soup,
some stuffing out of a box, a packet of gravy mix, and a cup of
water. i would have been able to eat more than i did in some hard
taco shells with tomato, lettuce, and cheese.
 
thankfully it wasn't the whole chicken i had pictured her making
in my mind. that would have been just plain nasty. bluegh.
 

Some folks will eat shitty food like that to not offend a relative.  Not
me.  Your niece should get together with Dave's niece, who seemingly
will eat just about anything (and everything).

She's on Ozempic and thinner than Dave now.
