eww, i thought. my niece said that's what she was making for
dinner at my mom's house on saturday. i was prepared to have a
bit then stop at Mighty Taco for decent food on the way home.

turns out pulled crockpot chicken is sorta' edible. she didn't
say what exactly she was making, just said crockpot chicken. used
four whole boneless breasts, a can of cream of chicken soup,
some stuffing out of a box, a packet of gravy mix, and a cup of
water. i would have been able to eat more than i did in some hard
taco shells with tomato, lettuce, and cheese.

thankfully it wasn't the whole chicken i had pictured her making
in my mind. that would have been just plain nasty. bluegh.

I sometimes make a dish a bit like that but no stuffing and I add
various seasonings.  Makes a sort of pulled pork 'chicken supreme'
(common name around my area is 'company chicken').  I debone all the
meat before it goes in the crockpot.

Some make it with chopped up veggies and/or frozen veggies.  VegAll is
used by some but can be overly mushy.
