I've heard over the years some people grill large portobello
mushroom caps in place of hamburgers.
I have seen that on cooking shows and in restaurant menus and ave
seen them in grocery stores and packing to bill them as being for
burger type grilling. I have never had one.
Never had a portobello or never had them as a urger?
