I have had portobello, and had no idea what an urger is until I
realized it was just a typo and not udon or something like that , so
no I have never had a pretend burger made with a mushroom.

Sorry on the typo and yes, burger.  Ok, was just confirming.  I have
had them several ways as a burger.  My favorite had some sort of cheese
(not sure which) and a top layer of thinly sliced savory cabbage (no
vinegar or sugar).  Unusual but quite good.
