I would expect that veterans groups would squawk and put up more of a
fight. Hopefully, this is not a repeat of 1930's Germany, where people
would just sit tight and hope things would just blow over while the
Nazis consolidated their power. Can you imagine WWIII where America and
Russia are allies and try to grab as much territory as they can? I sure
can.

And, in the end, Europe will be freed by the Chinese!
