Also, it's very tasty!  Hell, they sell that brand of canned menudo at the Mexican market so apparently at least some of the Hispanic population finds it acceptable.  I can't find honeycomb tripe so I am unable to make menudo from scratch.  This reminds me, I have a couple of cans of Juanita's Menudo in the pantry. :)
