Yesterday evening I made a pot of creamy chicken, rice,
and mushroom soup in the Ninja Foodi using the sauté
function to get the vegetables started.  Then the pressure
function for the chicken and the washed rice to cook the
soup.  A very large portion was shared with a neighbor
and there's plenty left over so that will be my dinner

 I heated up two links of white boudin sausage with some broccoli on the side for lunch.  It was rather filling.
 Tonight will be simple. Spaghetti aglio e olio.  Essentially cooked spaghetti tossed with olive oil, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese.
