My wife is on a minor baking binge. She made banana cookies today. There
are plenty of recipes on the Net. No vanilla, and I had her add walnuts

She says they remind her of banana bread. I haven't tried any yet. I
love banana bread, so what could go wrong?

They don't look at all like bananas ;-)
I made some banana bread yesterday and it turned out beautifully.
I make a very good banana bread. My granddaughter's grammie makes a
better one. I don't know how she does it. She has a business selling
baked goods. The ingredients are listed on the label but I don't believe
what it says. It must be some kind of Hawaiian magic.
