Perhaps some of the leadership is "woke" but locally, there are still many benefits for the kids.
Do you have specifics or are you generalizing from news reports?  Have you heard of any indoctrination of the neighborhood girls into evil activities?  I choose not to keep the kid down the street from enjoying an activity because of what someone in the HQ does but you have that choice.
