Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and lima beans. Sadly, I couldn't find any frozen Fordhook Lima beans the last time I shopped so these are baby limas. I don't mind them but I really do prefer the taste of and texture of the Fordhooks.
That's dinner tonight. I've already packed a plate of leftovers to take to work tomorrow for lunch.
