Is shrove Tuesday here again already? j/k. I don't pay enough attention religious holidays to plan any cooking around it. I am looking forward to corned beef brisket. Not because of St. Patrick's Day but because I love corned beef brisket. Love it any time of the year but I can only find it in March. So I'll buy a couple or three when it's on sale before 3/17 and put them in the freezer.
