"Eggland's Best" eggs, the taste of which my husband prefers.
I could have got regular eggs for $5.59. These are size large,
which is satisfactory for our uses.

Eggs are $3.50- $4 in grocery stores around here. My wife gets them from our neighbour and pays $7. They are fresh and free range and she prefers them. I am fine with the cheaper ones. Our neighbour even delivers them. Every Friday morning she leaves a dozen eggs on our doorstep.
What I don't get, some of them brag "cage free". Of course they are, they are in a foam box, not a cage! I've never seen eggs sold in cages.
