 Well, congrats on having an election that can be seen as "normal",
anyway.

 Mr Carney was not exactly elected as Prime Minister. He was chosen to be the leader of the federal Liberal party. One of the ways ours systems differ besides have a monarch as a figurative head of state with no real power, is that the Prime minister has to be in sitting member of Parliament.  In situations like this they typically get one of their members from a very safe riding to give up their seat and have a by-election in that riding.
   

Mr. Carney's background in high finance banking is not good but
I suppose anything is better than electing a pus-filled, insane, bag of
syphilis.

 I don't know how far from Trudeau's tree Carney had landed. He had been JT's economic advisor so I don't know how close his actions will suit my wishes but he is at least sane.
 I am still betting on the Trumpster having a complete mental breakdown before the end of his term and I am betting on sooner rather than later.
