Yesterday I mentioned I bought some Just Barely chicken breast strips. That was dinner with potato and a salad.
To add some color and different flavor to the salad, i added some grapes cut in half and an orange segment that I cut up.
Needs a wedge of organic lemon and a sprig of parsley.
