These days, corned beef is just plain weird. It's full of holes. ThisI am not exactly sure why corned beef just isn't in our repertoire. I can't say that I have have fond memories of it as a kid. My mother used to so the corned beef, boiled cabbage and crappy old boiled potatoes for St.Patrick's Day. I have eaten corned beef a few times but I just do that Irish delicacy.

too fast or too slow. Maybe it's caused by some sort of bovine
neuromuscular disease or alien cattle mutilation.
