Ahhh, the mystery is solved! I blame my lack of english skills for the confusion. Yes, bilberries are everywhere close to where I live. In swedish, they are called blåbär (blueberries).
Oh, I see in the wikipedia entry that they are commonly called  "European" blueberries.
