 I thought there are plenty of hunting rifles in canada? I would also think that if the american invaded you would drown them in maple syrup! It is very difficult to wade through rivers of maple syrup. That's when you attack!

Ahhh... so that's the reason for the maple syrup wars. I also think it is banned in wars in some kind of international treaty. The reason everything got stuck in trench warfare during WW1 is the enormous amount of maple syrup that was used!
